Refund Policy

Whenever you receive your parcel - Always make an unboxing video and the video must be without any pause. If the product is damaged in terms of Glassware or syrups. Share the same video with us on 0335-0199665. 

Without proper unboxing video, we can't offer you any refund.

We will not make any refund at any cost if the product is in perfect condition, if you have a change of mind after making the payment. 

Refund will only be made by our side if the product is either damaged (with a complete unboxing video proof) or if the product is out of stock.
